Problem & Value Proposition: We are ClaraLink, and we are solving the miscommunication between doctors and deaf/hard of hearing patients in emergency situations where interpreters will not always be available. We are building a stand-alone device that uses computer vision to translate medical ASL into text as well as speech to text.

Regenerative Approach: Our approach helps patients communicate in hospitals as well as helps hospitals avoid ADA fines. By helping the deaf or hard of hearing community enjoy the same service as other patients, we enhance social sustainability and equity.
